liburi-title-perl software package provides common interface to get the titles of things on the web, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liburi-title-perl
liburi-title-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liburi-title-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liburi-title-perl *
You will get with liburi-title-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
